It's been our tradition since Jacob and Caitlin were 4&2 to build a gingerbread house for Christmas. This year I got smart and went somewhere to do this instead of making a mess in my kitchen. The Austin Children's Museum offers a Gingerbread Workshop where they provide everything including the space to make the mess (which we did!). They worked together well as a team to build their house and even Addie got in on the fun. All the pieces were edible, so everyone sampled a little. I highly recommend going to the museum to do this; we will definitely do this again next year!
