Yesterday was the UT Open house, an event where all the UT departments of Education put on exhibits showcasing their departments. It is PACKED with so many students from all over Texas, but it's a great way to get the kids excited about college. Some of the favorites: Jacob had to find a way to put a raw egg in a cup, pack and secure it, and then someone climbed a ladder and dropped the cup. The goal was for the egg not to break. Of course, Jacob's egg didn't break. Another favorite was being able to touch a sheep's heart, lungs, brain, and a cows EYES. It was super gooey and fun. Jacob,, Caitlin, and I did that one. Addie liked getting the UT tattoo on her hand and making silly putty and playdough. Next up is A&M's Vet open house at the end of March.
