Spring Break- Fort Worth

Spring break started with us heading up to Fort Worth to visit Aunt Michelle and Uncle Rufo. It was nice to go visit them, it had been a while since we had been to Fort Worth and the kids loved playing with their cats! We started our visit with a trip to the Museum to see the IMAX show, Dinosaurs Alive!. The kids loved it, except the theater was a bit much for Addie, so the two of us ended up sitting outside until the movie was over.

The next day Caitlin, Aunt Michelle and I spent the day at the American Girl store in Dallas. We had lunch in their bistro and then headed downstairs where Caitlin bought Elizabeth, Felicity's best friend. She is a beautiful doll and Caitlin was very excited to go to the store (it was a surprise). Caitlin was so excited during lunch that she couldn't eat and kept asking us if we were done yet.

While we were at the store, Jacob, Addie, Tony and Uncle Rufo went to the Fort Worth Zoo, which if you haven't been you must go. It is the nicest zoo in Texas! They had a great time and this was Addie's first trip to the zoo. She loves being outdoors and seems to really like animals too. As you can see from the picture of her and Greyson. She was not the least bit scared and loved to watch the cats jump around.
