Yes, I know it's been so long since I have updated my blog. September was CRAZY. Between birthday's and getting everything going for school, it has been a whirlwind. I'm knee deep in volunteering at school and I swore I wouldn't take anything else on, but once again I have! Anyway, bdays have come and gone, but they were fun (for the kids at least). Caitlin had her first slumber party, and it was a huge success. The girls were great and enjoyed lots of crafts, singing, dancing, and dress up. It was a small group, but it worked perfectly.
Jacob had a larger slumber party. We took the boys to see Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs. They enjoyed it and then came back to the house to play video games and watch movies. The boys were a little more rowdy than the girls, but it was also a bigger group.
Now they are already planning next years party. I told them to wait at least until spring!
