Today was the first day of school for Jacob and Caitlin. Jacob is starting 3rd grade and Caitlin is starting 1st. Caitlin was very excited and woke up easily (I don't expect this to continue). She didn't like the first outfit she had on, so she changed into a different one. Isn't first grade a little young to be changing outfits? Jacob didn't care what he wore. He is in the portable building this year and I wasn't allowed to walk him up the ramp and into his room. I was allowed to give him a hug and a kiss, but I made sure I made it quick. I don't want to push my luck.
Caitlin was stylish with her High School Musical backpack and lunch box. Jacob has a pretty neutral backpack and a Star Wars Clone Wars lunch box. Addison is waking up so I better go feed her. I'll let you know how the first day went.
